      You get paid the same as a colleague at another office but do 3 times the work. You are micromanaged by someone who has no idea what you do.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
