3yIt pains me to see you think we hire just to hire. We try so very hard to look at the market and provide equal pay across the company and we are typically above average in the pay categories. I am sorry this was your experience at Atwell it is very hard to read a negative post, but I will say we will continue to push communication and listen to our employees to hopefully make as many people as happy as we can about the culture.
