      Pros

      Co-workers are great, hardworking, intelligent, selfless people. Proud to work alongside them.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO is misleading. Tied to utilization. Probably so you don't get paid unused vacation if you leave. Albeit don't know this for sure but the overall misleading nature is just not a great feeling. Full transparency would have been nicer. Team values and character have a far greater impact on attracting the kind of quality people you want to work with and keep than compensation.

      Unlimited PTO is really Flexible PTO, and it wasn't meant to be deceiving. The fact is that in consulting, we have a utilization. That still needs to be met, but we aren't tracking it. Ask your manager, hit your number, and all is good.

      You are likely either going to be constantly overworked or you will be let go. If you're from an acquired company, start looking for your next job.
