Management was completely out of touch and dishonest. They prioritized saving face over addressing real issues and failed to support their team in any meaningful way. Leadership’s lack of transparency and accountability only made the environment more toxic. From start to finish, this job was a frustrating experience. Management made empty promises about career growth and work-life balance that were never delivered. The workload was unreasonable, with unrealistic expectations that set employees up to fail. HR was a joke—there was no real team, and they were entirely ineffective in addressing employee concerns. The overall environment lacked any sense of support or collaboration from leadership.
