Pay is responsible, some benefits such as salary sacrifice if you want more holidays, long service leave (after completing 5 years)
Cons
Difficult to advance / get promoted. Most people leave to get ahead. Useful/ meaningful training is scarce. Very hierachical. Low appetite for innovation.
