Same level co-workers are great and everyone usually gets along, work-life balance is ok

There is an obvious snobbish role hierarchy, managers love to stick to each other like a girl clique group in high school. They tend to act smug at times with employees under them for some reason. Pay is not competitive, in the job interview they were pleased to announce that they offer 4 weeks annual leave to full time employees - please note this is the MINIMUM LEGAL annual leave amount to a full time employee, making it sound like it's a perk when in fact it's the bare minimum legal entitlement is wild.

- 90% of the people are great to get along with, chat and banter with - CEO cares about the company and is passionate - Work-Life balance is great

- Managers seem to be running around not knowing how to lead their team nor appear to have little to no experience in management and the team's professional line of work, eg. design. - Additionally, some managers appear to micro-manage and expects you to be in the office 5 days a week because they're in 5 days a week, even though we're in a pandemic - HR seem to want and to be in everyone's business, even going to the extent of knowing if they're in a new romantic relationship - HR and managers appear to look around constantly in the open office and eavesdrop on conversations - No Parental Leave Pay - No Employee Incentives/Perks Program - Pay appears to not be competitive
