No job security you can be fired anytime as per connivence . Founder runs the the company like a one man show micromanaging everything which results in 0 growth of the company in the last 3 years

The only pro is it was a remote position.

No set flow of working. Not sure if they are aware of how work flows need to be established and then sticking to it. New changes in tools and techniques every other week.
