Pros

Amazing coworkers, great pay and benefits, great way to launch your career

Cons

Upper management does not care about their employees. They create a façade to make you feel accepted but will turn their backs on you on a moments time.

Pros

Audigent is a cutting-edge company that’s redefining data intelligence and audience monetization. The leadership team truly values employee contributions. The work environment is highly collaborative, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and learning. I’ve been impressed by the innovative spirit here — new ideas are always welcomed, and there’s a real focus on pushing boundaries. The company culture is inclusive and supportive, making it a great place to work.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, and priorities can shift — but that’s part of the excitement!

Pros

• Free office lunches • Decent benefits through Experian • Some passionate and capable peers

Cons

• Employees are not treated equally—certain staff are favored while others are overlooked, regardless of performance • There is little to no racial or cultural diversity, especially in leadership and decision-making roles • Promotions are promised and dangled to retain talent, but follow-through is rare or non-existent • Employees are misled into taking on responsibilities well beyond their title or pay grade, under the guise of "opportunity" • Leadership avoids accountability when it comes to decision-making, often leaving key responsibilities vaguely defined or shifting depending on who’s willing to pick up the slack • Feedback culture is non-existent—challenging decisions or behavior often leads to being sidelined or punished • The work environment is emotionally exhausting, with favoritism and cliques driving team dynamics more than merit or collaboration
