Friendly working environment and helpful colleagues.
Cons
Some engineering managers have no clue how to motivate and manage their people. Performance review is totally biased by your direct manager and some managers wouldn't try to solve any real problems but to maintain a good-looking appearance. It sometimes can be very difficult to push a project forwards.
