Indoor work. Slightly interesting at times. Regular hours.

Very low pay. No performance reviews. Management does not spend adequate time on the work floor and does not know much about day to day issues or work flows. Technical competence is neither recognized or rewarded. Test technicians are treated as the lowest form of life and are expected to not interact with clients or provide any kind of constructive feedback. Zero room for growth or change. Business is centered on a small number of clients which leads to frequent purges of employees. Zero job stability.

Interesting industry , challenging and rewarding career with the right leadership.

Cyclical industry, loads of layoffs. Adversarial stressful environment. Poor communication, planning and micro managed. Struggling industry.
