Difficult to establish work-life balance initially; must be willing to dedicate long hours to work multiple weeks throughout the year.

Well-run, well-established. The people were amazing. The salary increases were fantastic. The company vacations were experiences I will never forget. The opportunities to travel for work were some of my top career moments. The former CEO was very transparent. Hybrid working schedule, they provided everything I needed to work at home, in office, or while traveling. I loved this job.
