      Pros

      Aumcore offers personalized training that is extremely beneficial for employees in nearly all digital fields. The fairly small size of the company allows for a great opportunity to contribute to projects on a high level from the very beginning. Hard work is frequently recognized by the upper management and continuous efforts are rewarded well. I am very happy and thankful for the opportunities Aumcore has presented in my life!

      Cons

      Glassdoor requires text in the "Cons" field... So I suppose I can say the Work/Life balance can be improved at times.

      Pros

      Although they are a serious company, the work flow is about having fun and challenging your creative skills. You can present ideas that may not fly, but all ideas are welcomed.

      Cons

      Moving HQ to New York changed the dynamics of the team – too early to determine if positive or negative.
