Pros
Some flexibility with hours and able to purchase leave
Cons
Forced compulsory taking of leave on one occasion on about 6 weeks notice that all staff forced to take about 3 weeks compulsory leave; redundancies of senior staff who are respected and for whom subordinates came to Aurecon to work with; management treating staff like morons (eg informing staff that statutory increase in super of .5% was a genuine Aurecon initiated pay increase; considerable internal email spam from CEO down; lack of understanding of the human condition; no dividend on shares last year; incredibly political; you need to align yourself with bullying management and bully staff to meet project milestones = your path to promotion; do not turn down shares which you purchase or you will be freezed out of the Machiavellian club of Aurecon success
