Pros
The factory workers are extremely nice and easy to work with. You will be able to get through your day smoothly as long as you make sure that you don't let things get to you too easily. There is job security as this company has made itself a staple and will constantly be needed by it's customers.
Cons
10 hour days with no chance of changing any time soon. Health Benefits - the cost is too much. Vacation plan - this is outdated and needs revamped horribly. No review schedule - I worked at this company for four years and received one review after 90 days. You wear many hats in this role - HR, Safety Administrator, Benefits Administrator, etc - and it will be overwhelming at all times
