Pros
Working one-on-one with clients on their goals is truly rewarding. I developed great rapport with my clients and was able to see great progress while working with them. I've had great supervisors who were understanding of my experience level, well-spoken and willing to teach. Paid monthly training meetings (about 30 min) and certifications.
Cons
Don't keep up with employee's competencies so it's hard to advance and to get raises. If you to cancel on behalf of yourself or the family, you have to make all lost time, which can be difficult. I've had some great supervisors and some not so great. Pay isn't as high as other places.
