      Great for Intro ABA - Behavior Technician Autism Learning Partners Employee Review

      Pros

      Good company if you are new to ABA, they will train you in everything. Most supervisors are extremely helpful and continue to train you through client care. Good pay margins in my opinion in comparison to other ABA providers in area. Great experience for anyone seeking a pre-health professional career.

      Cons

      Client services and scheduling team is remote, and they usually need to be corrected on your availability or a client's preference. Approached as a job perfect for full-time students, but it can be very demanding if you are taking full credit hours unless you are skilled in time management. Families are often frustrated by confusing or lack of company communication.

      • Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

      Cons

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
