Pros

- Great colleagues and supervisors. - Love the methodology of ABA. - Training by supervisors were great.

Cons

- Management is absolutely messy, admin has been changed out 5 times in 8 months, documents are not kept properly, leading employees to have to retrieve and clean up after them after they lose the documents. - Medical leave will always be questioned irregardless, they also use MC as a form of KPI and judgement of the quality of the therapist as well as reason for termination. - Vaccinations were delayed when it was available and MOH asked for our names but the boss refused to send our names for a while as he did not believe in the vaccination. He also tried to persuade us not to go for it. They only gave SOME of our names later on because we insisted. - No transparency in the company, secrets are being kept from clients to employees and some supervisors. They lie to the clients regarding all the mishaps that happen as well as the credentials of themselves. - Many under table transactions and biased. Prices for clients are different based on their personal decisions. They recommend doctors who give out supplements to the children to get a cut out of the sales. - Bosses air their dirty laundry in the company as they are husband and wife. They also often use racist, sexist and inappropriate words/comments on their employees, clients and the children. Absolutely unacceptable.

Pros

One of the standout benefits of working here is the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptionally professional team. Each member brings years of hands-on experience in ABA, which greatly enhances our collective expertise. The ongoing training provided ensures that we stay updated on best practices and continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Notably, we have many successful cases with remarkable progress, showcasing the effective strategies we implement. This environment fosters both professional growth and a strong commitment to client care.

Cons

There are only a few centers in Asia outside of Hong Kong, and each location operates with different management teams and practices. While the Hong Kong center is undoubtedly the best, the Glassdoor rating system does not adequately differentiate between the various centers. As a result, the exceptional performance of the Hong Kong center should receive five stars, but it's hard to reflect that distinction in the overall ratings.

Pros

Working at Autism Recovery Network has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The company provides greaf training for all staff, whether you’re new to the field or have prior experience. The onboarding process is thorough and really equips you with the skills and confidence needed to work effectively with the children. The highlight of my time however is the supportive environment, as the management team are always willing to guide you and share their knowledge. There’s a genuine team spirit and a strong focus on professional growth. I felt that my work truly made a difference in the lives of the children and their families, which made every challenge worthwhile. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully, I highly recommend ARN Singapore.

Cons

The one big issue I encountered during my time here was the traveling time as it could sometimes be a bit excessive due to the location of the client. There was also high standards, which although can be seen as a good thing, does make the working environment somewhat stressful at times.
