Pros

Nice group of people to work with. 37.5 hour work week. Co-workers are understanding and are usually very easy to work with.

Cons

Management promotions here are not based on merit or expertise, it is a popularity contest. Managers are not concerned about the employees and are only concerned with continuing the status quo. This company has no plan in place to retain millennials, and is actually driving them away-the old boys club style and lack of employee moral will contribute to this company's downfall unless they adapt to attract and retain young people, if you are a young person, look for work elsewhere as it is unlikely your values and work style will fit the value of this company. Low employee morale- ties are required everyday and the company is so cheap that essential things like the office coffee machine will break and not be replaced. Finally-Pay is below industry average, not a lot of room for financial or professional growth is allowed here unless you are heavily favored by management or know the right people.

Pros

Easy job to do if you’re halfway smart and actually try.

Cons

Low salary compared to other companies. Raise your concerns with this or anything else and management basically blackballs you for any opportunity for growth. You can do twice as much work as some of your co-workers and still get the same measly 3% annual raise. You’re better off coasting through the job rather than giving 100% effort. The harder you work, the more responsibilities they give you without any monetary compensation.
