Pros
There is Profit Sharing, a Christmas Bonus, and there are good benefits.
Cons
You have to know someone to move up the ladder, you don't move up based on your hard work or experience. There is a constant dangling of the carrot to motivate employees to give more and more, but it only comes to fruition for those who know the right person. Also, it's almost impossible to move departments because the company does not post openings internally. It seems to be a secret society among the elite, it's a caste system. Also, people in low positions are treated indifferently or poorly, like they don't matter.
