The raises are 0-2%
They do not pay according to the industry standard. We are so underpaid and undervalued
Inflation is happening and they are not addressing it with a salary increase
They are slow to get up to date in comparison to the competitors
They harp on the fact that they are not a numbers based company to counter the fact that the compensation is horrible
They try to validate the pay by stating that they provide us with a pension. Pension is not helping us live day .
Some of us have to get a 2nd job just to survive
Now they want us to come back in the office and gas is almost $4 a gallon
We are going on strike in the Lakeland claims office at the end of this month If pay is not increased . We are tired of it.
