      Pros

      4 day/10 hour work week, Free lunch on Saturdays, Off on Sundays, Simple Company processes, Benefits are decent that include Dental, PTO and Long term disability, Management is approachable and positive, 1 hour lunch each day, If you work hard, they will notice it. Its not commissioned like most dealership which has very high turn over ratios.

      Cons

      Pay is ok but can be better. I guess if business takes off, hopefully there will be pay increases. It would be nice to have IRAs, 401ks as well as short term disability insurance.

      Room to grow within a new organization because it is a new company they promote from within.

      Cons

      Constant changing but that is to be expected within a new organization.
