Cons
Management caters to favorites and personally referred hires. Constant moving of goal posts. Forced to sell when it’s not part of the job description. Required to “expand” to more clients even though it’s considered a bonus. Accounts per rep are reaching 70. No room for promotions unless you are on the Director of dealer success’ BFF list
