      You really have the ability to create your own success as long as you hit your numbers. This is an organization that looks out for employees that buy into their mission.

      Cons

      Three days in the office and two remote would be great.

      Pros

      The ability to work with senior leadership and find areas of opportunity for myself and for the company which creates easy upward mobility

      Cons

      Consistently moving the goal post further while scaling back incentives and resources. Inability to retain entry level digital marketing associates because they were outsourced and would often leave for the next best opportunity. These teams were integral for my day-to-day and their pace and quality of work directly effected my sales cycles.
