Pays reasonably well, clean offices and facilities. Have some reasonable benefits. Opportunity to travel.
Cons
Micromanaging managers who look after those they like but put immense pressure on those who they don't, directors who are cowboy's who don't follow safe standards, no fun workplace, incredibly stressful and unfulfilling. Incompetent Thailand factory.
