      Technology - saving lives is a satisfying way to spend your career. Your products are designed to prevent injuries, not cause them.

      Cons

      Very lean. Resources can be tight. Segments of the operations are too separated, not enough sharing amongst divisions.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
