      a lot of responsibilities for few money, lot of stress for nothing, need to do things that have no sense just because VP's want to, complicated and without meaning workflows

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
