Pros
Three things stood out about Auoliv - work culture is very good - they are very good at what they do - they make amazing products - compensation is competitive - I would say above market standard
Cons
The automotive business is very cyclical and is very cut-throat for suppliers. R&D budgets are being affected, with more development in low-cost countries and budget cuts in high-cost countries. This makes it very challenging for teams in Germany to grow, even though they have amazing technical expertise.
