Rules and workload are constantly increasing, rate of pay... not so much. Management has favorites. Advancement is based on this. Not performance. Most of the trainers are the worst ones on the line, getting helped constantly by others, with no added responsibilities but better pay. They ask you to report your bathroom breaks on the production report... get a grip.
