The process development department has mostly American higher management with toxic/traditional style of leadership. Bullying and shouting at meetings by senior directors is a norm (not representing Autolus values) and despite HR department being aware of this, no actions are being taken. Higher management claims to consider 360 feedback however senior managers with awful feedback/complaints are promoted regardless. Extremely long overtime hours and burnout are very common within the department. Mental health and psychological safety does not mean anything within this department.
