Highly toxic environment. Company refuses to train employees after repeated requests. Very predominant religious slurring and dirty sexual comments are common.. Filth ridden with politics by older staff. Older staff wait fir a chance to grab the work done by new staff and the ones actually doing the work dont even get credited . Company is so sad that that they cant even maintain or promise an abuse-free environment. Overworked and paid dog food. Engineers canr even speak proper english, they curse at customers.. Other people even scream anf shout at customers over the fone. No list pricr for products. Customers are charged based on what one feels. As good as a scam. No Covid protocol followed, no equipment is ever sterilized. Management out of India is jus below average worse than any other place i've experienced. They will use people and let go of them oncr they have acieved their target withput even provifing an offer letter. They expect high quality result for a cheap pay as good as dog food. Poor mental health at this company. The people at the company themselves ask employees to look for other opportunities after recruiting which reflects poorly on the manahements decision making ability. Senior staff miuse their power to control employees.
