      • Excellent client list and interesting projects; ASI works with the who’s who of the Midwestern life sciences industry. Projects are always varied and technical in nature. ASI works in all aspects of device, biotech, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. • ASI works with its people to tailor projects their career aspirations. • ASI really looks to keep employees for the long-term. • Great location near highway, train station and bike path.

      Cons

      • One sometimes has to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

      Opportunities to work for large employers Highly experienced leadership team is approachable and supportive of all staff Easy on-boarding process Management always does their best to continue to place good employees in new opportunities

      Some staff may feel disconnected from the company office, but should understand that is the nature of consulting

      Pros

      They got me the CAD Drafting position that was supposed to lead to direct. Seemed promising They offered Health Insurance and PTO in less than a month

      Cons

      Unfortunately the client did not want to hire me aboard nor extend my contract. Also did not like being rudely pulled a side on my performance. Very unprofessional versus having in a conference room
