Pros
The customers of ASI have traditionally been small, community banks, which reflect a caring family-style relationship with their customers. ASI as a software company has that same feel, not only with their customers, but also with employees. New markets and new and/or improved products are actively pursued. I see a great future for ASI and for those of us who work there.
Cons
I don't know that there are many cons. As with any company, there will be hiccups or people that come and go. Nothing in my experience over the years has sent me looking for the exits. Early on, I thought the compensation was lacking, but I have seen a determination to rectify that, and word is that a fresh look at making even more improvements in order to stay competitive.
