Pros
AA has many very talented & smart employees. It is a quick paced environment with high expectations on speed & independence.
Cons
AA seemed to peak in Oct 2019. There was a *lot* of hype, rapid growth, and many anticipated the company would go public soon. Then everything changed drastically in 2020. There was massive layoffs - reversing all of the hyper hiring in 2018/2019. Then there was the pandemic and AA's push for all customers to go to the cloud, both of which had a negative impact on growth and sales. The culture was misogynistic & had an underlying current of caste-based politics.
