-Continue to emphasize and support career development in a way so that when there are manager changes or restructures this does not impact employees career paths. -Overcommunicate when things need to or will change so that employees can understand the rationale. -Managers need to make one-on-ones with their employees a priority even if to meet weekly for 15 minutes
