      -Majority of colleagues are supportive, collaborative, and great to work with -Competitive salary and bonuses -Promising product with lots of big name customers -Flexibility for remote working (for now)

      -Some teams creating toxic work environments. Ignoring negative behaviour and fostering a blame culture -Core product stability and functionality are being sacrificed in favour of hype features -Numerous reductions in force and high attrition rates leave teams stretched thin -Pay adjustments are rare

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
