Pros
The money tends to be pretty good. There is a lot of business, but not like it used to be.
Cons
Everything else. Micromanagement by the owners. Can't trust anybody. Benefits are laughable. Ownership WILL steal from your paycheck for things like lost keys, and will back-flag technicians for problems that arise beyond their control. Will not provide people with the tools to do their job properly (in any department) and/or actively keeps them from using said tools to their potential. You pretty much WILL work six days a week if you aren't in the back office. Favoritism is company policy.
