Pros

Working from home was nice. The work itself was fun as well

Cons

Too many too list but suffice to say this is not a quality employer where you are paid or rewarded for your efforts unless you’re related to the CEO. So many relatives in upper management with no real experience and the true work is done by everyone else in the company who is paid poorly for how much is demanded of them. Layoffs were a common occurance and morale was terrible.

Thank you for your very candid review. It is disappointing to hear your experience with ABN was so unfavorable. For transparency sake, there are exactly two members of our upper-management team who are related to the CEO and both are among the most tenured team members in the company. They, along with the significantly higher percentage of ABN’s leadership and management team bring much more to the table than your review gives them credit for. We are always striving to improve morale with company events and gatherings. Finding the right balance can be challenging given the rapid growth the company has experienced and the current focus on launching a new product. VP HR

Pros

I had the opportunity to work at ABN for the last year before I rode off into retirement. That said the decision to leave wasn’t an easy one. The company is the most visionary company I have had the opportunity to be associated with. Driving this innovation is CEO Jerry Daniels whom I have known for 20 years. He has always been ahead of contemporary automotive retail thinking. That led to products at ABN such as Dealer TV, Digital Signage and now ABN Inspire!. Unlike other visionary leaders, Jerry has complimented his forward thinking with some of the best talent in the automotive and digital engagement platform space. These include but not limited to the ex-CEO of Hyundai, ex-CIO of Blue Cross Blue Shield and the past General Manager of Americas for Scala. If you want to learn from the best and like a dynamic organization where the pace is fast and constantly changing you will feel at home at ABN. It isn’t for the faint of heart, come prepared to strap in and leave today behind.

Cons

ABN is a victim of its growth. As one of the fastest growing companies in FL the company at times finds that processes and procedures are not in place. This may cause internal conflict or the feeling of being left out. There is a price to pay for phenomenal growth and I for one would rather have it than not.

Thank you for the review. It is exciting to receive your positive feedback and perspective given your history working with other vendors in the automotive retail space. We are grateful for the brief time you spent with us at ABN. The direction you provided and the experience you brought to the table will have a lasting impact on the direction of the company for years to come. VP HR
