Pros
The people you work with are friendly and collaborative. Some folks work much harder than they need to... but recognition is there only 2 times per year. Commute was decent (20 minutes).
Cons
NO flexibility in a world where this is warranted like a place to go to the bathroom. Leadership is chasing their tails and don't realize they don't know what they don't know. Shady HR practices - conflicts of interest, hiring friends and making backroom deals for perks etc. Unsafe work environment, management gets angry if you ask for hazard pay after a fire where they ask you to work amongst the ruins. This org needs to be investigated.
