Missing Management: The management seems to have lost touch with the reality of the workplace. Their physical absence on site reflects a lack of involvement and leadership. This disconnect has led to a sense of aimlessness among the employees. High Turnover and Lack of Replacement: Employees are leaving the company at an alarming rate, and there is no effort to replace those who have departed. This understaffing puts immense pressure on the remaining employees, leading to burnout and decreased morale.
