The owner who sadly is is own worst enemy does not see his screaming and threatening of jobs in a conference call as inappropriate and frankly doesn't even recognize it as screaming and yelling. No structure and you will be expected to work through lunch or late without notice, MOST of the time. The owner moves offices around a lot without considering workers commutes and if you're stuck running 5 mins late expect to send an email that copies office mgr, your boss and the owner. No PTO. salary paid in arrears im assuming to keep people on longer.
