Good work - Assoicate Avaap Employee Review

India subsidiary leader is worst. Came from org which is well established and now struggling in AVAAP to hire people. less then 5 people for India region. payroll is not owned by AVAAP it is with third party and salary getting delay. Policy of leaves, shift allowance, internet allowance not good. worst part there is mass difference in Policy of India and US. No employee happiness. this is due India leadership.
