After yet another round of redundancies and the the apprenticeship arm of the business failing you think they would learn. Instead they promote yet again the wrong person into a role. You think they would learn and look to protect the one area of the business that has continued to deliver a profit. Instead a leadership role is given to person who has made it quite clear over many years what she thinks of the rest of her team. You just lost the respect of a very loyal team.
