Working at Avahi has been a great learning experience. The fast-paced environment has helped me grow quickly, both in my field and in soft skills through frequent client interactions. The team values everyone equally, and management is supportive, listens to employees, and genuinely appreciates their work.

There are the typical startup challenges, some disorganization and miscommunication. But management works proactively to ensure quick turnarounds and effective solutions.

I have been with Avahi for 1.5 years and watching the company nearly triple in size during that time. The company anyways puts employees first and has strong focus on company culture. Avahi is forward thinking and embraces innovation by its employees.

No real cons other than the company is going through some growing pains which can be expected.
