Pros

The team culture was nice and the supervisors and SME’s were always helpful and informative. They offer fully remote work which is nice. The pay was decent for the position itself.

Cons

It’s a very highly metric oriented job. The call volumes are high, especially when there are system issues or tool issues, which does happen frequently. Short breaks that are scheduled for you & the break times vary day to day. If you’re comfortable with high call volumes and doing nothing but answering calls all day from typically frustrated clients, then you may be a good fit. People do advance with this company, but you will have to make sure your metrics scores are almost perfect in every area to be considered.

This position can make each customer feel important regardless of the issue. We are a technology company and will encounter challenges along the way. However, how we respond is critical to our success in providing our clients with what they need at that moment. The metrics and service goals we have in place provide us with the data we need to scale and grow the team while delivering a consistent user experience. Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
