Everyone I've met since starting has been very welcoming and open to helping. I don't feel afraid to ask questions, and I genuinely feel supported by my managers. I enjoy working with my coworkers!

The hours are long but manageable

Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

Have to be in the office 4 days a week.
