      You get property management experience.

      Cons

      There is culture of favoritism. Problematic employees are praised while the hard workers go unnoticed. Property managers who refuse to manage. Employee safety is not taken seriously on their most dangerous properties.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Have to be in the office 4 days a week.
