      Generous PTO and ample training. Plenty of opportunity to advance and/or relocate. Very helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      Tends to be short staffed which can be difficult in the busy season. Initially learning the Avalon applications can be daunting.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Have to be in the office 4 days a week.
