I am a very long term employee who has seen a transformation in the company culture. People who have worked here for 10+ years are systematically overlooked for promotion. Nepotism runs rampant and many key positions are filled by husband/wife, cousins or relatives from the global headquarters. They seem to allow a revolving glass door of overseas employees to fill vacancies. The executive team over the past five years have all found better jobs with other companies that value individual contributions and are not dictatorial in their management style.
