- Located in Park City - 35 hour work-week (including lunch: 40 hours) - Some flexibility in working from home (4 hours a week though the rules change often)
Cons
- Poor ethics - Lack of innovation or even simple system improvements/fixes - Lack of communication - Lack of Leadership - Lack of timely and accurate feedback - Turnover - Account management team is not valued/trained well but was getting better until all of the original managers left
