Ok if u r in the right place but Avaya needs new technology and products to survive in the long run. - Director Avaya Employee Review

They don't care about the employees any more. Communication from management is poor. Strategies change too often. They have very few new products in the pipeline. And the products they do have never seem to get to completion before the exec change plans / direction. Compnay is surviving on old technology and products.
